My main teaching responsibilities are on the BA (Hons) Television & Radio. I am Module Co-ordinator for the 3rd year final projects, and supervise students taking the television documentary option.

I also teach a 3rd year module called Story Design for the Short Film, which is also taught to 3rd year Animation students. In addition to this, I am the Admissions Tutor for the BA(Hons) Television & Radio.

My research interest is in the relationship between television and psychology. In October 2007, I started my PhD in this area, hoping to explore how television has utilised psychological discourse, particularly (but not exclusively) in the form of programmes with overt psychological content.
